Hakim+ Terms of Service

Hakim+ facilitates pharmacy orders and pharmacist-reviewed prescription fulfilment. The app does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical advice.

Prescription products

Prescription medicines are supplied only after manual review and approval by authorized pharmacy staff. Hakim+ may ask for a clearer image or reject an invalid prescription.

Payment and delivery

Orders use cash on delivery. The pharmacy calculates the delivery fee after an order is placed and calls the customer to confirm the order, delivery address, and delivery fee before dispatch. A customer may cancel before dispatch if they do not accept the confirmed fee.

Product information

Availability and prices may change before confirmation. Pharmacy staff will contact the customer if an item is unavailable or requires a suitable alternative.
